Custom and personalized orders

Pet customization
Any animals can be customized such as dog, cat, rabbit, parrot, hamster, snake etc….
Pet’s Paw can also be customized. PLEASE SEND A CLEAR & HIGH QUALITY PHOTO.
Photo Requirements
- Please provide a clear front facing photo.
- Photos that are too bright or dark is not suitable.
- Do not have objects obscuring the photo for which you would like to sketch.
Jewelry Care
We strongly recommend removing your jewelry before engaging in any activities that can lead to contact with moisture or friction (ie: washing your hands, sleeping and showering) to maintain luster and prolong life.
Packaging
All items are delivered in a box or leather bag, unfortunately do not offer gift wrapping at the moment.
Production time
- Rendering will be sent by email within 7days after payment have been received
- Confirmation of rendering.
- Finished product will be sent out 14-16 business days after confirmation of rendering.
Shipping
Finished product will be sent out 12-16 business days after confirmation of rendering.
International We ship orders Monday through Friday (no weekends). All international orders are shipped via UPS and should arrive within 2-3 business days.
All custom orders are shipped via SF express (HK, Tai Wan, Macau only) / UPS (Europe & America). Shipping rates are provided during the checkout process.
**Due to COVID-19 pandemic, flight suspensions have taken a toll on global shipping services. Therefore, our delivery services maybe unpredictably delay.
Import Tax
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
