After Placing Your Order
- Rendering will be sent by email 12-14days after payment have been received.
(Not including Sat, Sun and public holiday)- Painting requires times to draw.
- Photo and background design cannot be changed once painting is completed.
- If change of photo is required after the rendering has been completed, an additional HKD 100 will be charged
- Confirmation of rendering
- Finished product will be sent out 16-22 days after confirmation of rendering.
All international orders are shipped via EMS/UPS and should arrive within 7-15 business days.
HK orders are shipped via SF express.
