After Placing Your Order
- Rendering will be sent by email 6-7 days after payment have been received.
(Not including Sat, Sun and public holiday)- Painting requires times to draw.
- Photo and background design cannot be changed once painting is completed.
- If change of photo is required after the rendering has been completed, an additional HKD 95 will be charged
- Confirmation of rendering
- Finished product will be sent out 14-18 days after confirmation of rendering.
All international orders are shipped via UPS and should arrive within 2-3 business days.
HK orders are shipped via SF express.

Product photos are taken using finished products, and due to color deviation on different computer screen or photos, colors will be based on the actual finish product. Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, your orders cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or refund once confirmed.
